The all-new listing presentation was developed with today’s competitive market conditions in mind. This fully-customizable presentation helps you explain the importance and value that your expertise brings to the home sale, and includes the talk track to help you deliver a great presentation and win the listing!

We’ve created these in PowerPoint so that you can easily customize it for the subject property and to add any additional personalization you wish.

  1. Both Portrait and Landscape versions are available.

  2. We will be uploading the individual pieces into Toolkit as soon as possible and will let everyone know when they are ready. We will keep the old pieces available for a period of time (at least a month) to allow you to transition.

  3. We will have many more learning sessions about how best to utilize the information in this deck and use the talking points to add your own personal anecdotes and flavor.
