It's a seller's market, and what better way to generate leads than to give someone a quick and easy way to find out what their home would be worth in this market if they decide to sell.

STEP ONE - GET CUSTOMERS TO YOUR WMHW TOOL VIA EMAIL OR POSTCARD
Send a direct mail postcard.
Choose a direct mail audience you want to target and send a postcard or mailer inviting them to visit the What's My Home Worth tool on your website for an instant valuation.
There are great postcard options in TMGConnect in the e-Cards and Flyers section and in the BHGRE Greenhouse (Print Marketing Center). Search for Postcards.

Grab an image to post to your website. We've created many different options for you to choose from. Here's just a small sampling of the graphics available:
When you go to that link above and find an image you want to use, click on the image (the image will then open up in a new window), and then click on the download button that looks like this:
Save the image to your desktop or somewhere else on your computer where you can easily find it again.
Go to your Masiello website, and find the page "What's My Home Worth" from your navigation bar -- it might be in the drop-down menu under the heading "For Sellers" (if you do not see this page, contact your Business Support Specialist or Marketing).
Click on that page. And once you're on that page, select the URL from the address bar and copy by either right-clicking and hitting copy, or by pressing the CTRL and C buttons on your keyboard.
Open Facebook and go to your Business Page. Find the field where you write a new post.
Enter some text about the tool - something like: "Wondering what your home might be worth in this market? Visit my website for a free valuation!"
Press the button to upload a photo. Find where you saved the photo earlier and click to upload.
Your followers will then see a post on your page that looks something like this:
STEP TWO - COOL TOOLS TO SEND TO THE POTENTIAL SELLER
When the leads start to come in (and they will!) you may find that the customer did not provide much more information than their address. Do not dismiss these leads simply because there's no contact information! You know someone at that address took the time to visit your website and enter their address, so they may very well be interested in selling their home. This may be an opportunity to send a direct mail piece or otherwise find a way to reach the homeowner to offer your services.
