Per NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy, once you start publicly marketing your listing you have 24 hours to input it into MLS. State multiple listings services will soon be implementing fines for violations of this rule.

This includes Coming Soon properties in the state of Maine. You have 24 Hours to input the listing into MLS with the status of Coming Soon. There is a ten day no showing time period.
