What’s My Home Worth tool
Want more listings? Use the What’s My Home Worth Tool in all of your marketing efforts, and direct consumers directly to the AVM tool on your website. Customers will enter their address, and receive an automated valuation from RPR (Realtors Property Resource).
Graphics can be downloaded from TMGConnect under Resources, Cloud Delta. Then click on My Listing/Marketing, then Social Media Graphics. Remember to include links back to your website.
AVM Door Knock Leads
These types of leads are generated when a customer enters their address under the “What’s My Home Worth” AVM tool.
While the customer may not provide much more information than their address, a lead is created so that you know someone at that address may be interested in selling their home. This may be an opportunity to send a direct mail piece or otherwise find a way to reach the homeowner to offer your services.
You have the ability to choose whether you wish to receive these Door Knock leads from your website or not.

A proprietary algorithm optimizes the listing based on the home’s location, price and key features. The ad’s headline and content are automatically generated to maximize engagement and optimize traffic.
